With thanks to funding from Irish Aid, Educate Together is delighted to announce a return to face-to-face CPD events. We will be running workshops on Saturdays for teachers across the country to support schools to become more familiar with the curriculum and to experience innovative methodologies for teaching Ethical Education. The workshops will be interactive, targeted, and will be facilitated by practising teachers from across the Educate Together network.
There are four dates across five venues and there is space for one teacher (or principal!) from every Educate Together school. Teachers are welcome to select any venue that is convenient for them, it does not have to be the venue closest to school.
The venues and dates are as follows:
- Athlone Education Centre: 25th February 2023
- Cork Education Centre: 25th February 2023
- Drumcondra Education Centre: 4th March 2023
- Galway Education Centre: 11th March 2023
- Dublin West Education Centre: 25th March 2023
Tea/coffee and lunch will be provided. Subsidised travel costs will be paid on a sliding scale to teachers travelling a distance. Speak to your principal if you are interested in attending, or email Vera!
