Welcome to Emma Grainger our new Ethos Development Officer who is settling in nicely after her first fortnight in the role! Emma has come to us from the Youth Work Service of Léargas and has a background in training and facilitation with children, young people and adults as well as Educational Research and Evaluation.
Currently Emma is contacting those schools already involved in the Ethos Self Evaluation process in order to proceed with their workshop phase. Alongside this a review of the process is beginning in preparation for the next round. Emma will be making contact with all those who expressed an interest very soon in order to progress in the New Year.
