Educate Together welcomes Bridget Dawson to the Educate Together team as our new Development Manager.
Bridget works with our CEO and national office team to manage and develop the company’s major gift investment campaign and provides strategic fundraising support. She brings experience across partnerships, marketing, communications and events; previously working at Barnardo’s in London and Global Women in Auckland. Bridget has a Masters in Management and an undergraduate degree in Marketing.
On her appointment Bridget states:
“Youth development and equality are two causes I’m deeply passionate about, so I feel very fortunate to be joining the Educate Together team and applying my knowledge and skills to bring about change here in Ireland and internationally.
There is great need for innovative, equality-based solutions to prepare our young people for life as caring and active global citizens – for they will be tackling the challenges of modern day society. As Ireland’s largest equality NGO, Educate Together is building a network of schools and resources with a pioneering Ethical Education curriculum and the tools this future generation will need.
